Force Majeure Case on Glutaldehyde

ONICHEM declared today that due to the explosion of the factory who is our partner of
Glutaldehyde 50%, we can not supply Glutaraldehyde in following months. The factory was
explored on 02.03.2008 and then all the production lines including Glutaraldehyde 50% were
stopped.
In such case, we will not accept any new order and will have to delay the shipments of all the
orders we concluded. We are sorry for it but due to such Force Majeure case, we are regret to
declare that we are unable to fulfill the pending shipments since now on. As per the clause
No.11 in our Sales Contract, your orders are still valid for 3 months if you agree to extend the
period till to end of this case if it may re-start to produce Glutaraldehyde in 3 months. Sorry for
it and thank you in advance for your kind understanding.
