Capacities Have Been Successfully Enlarged

ONICHEM today announced that, we have successfully enlarged our capacities of Amino
Silanes, which is scheduled to be finished in August 2006.

This enlarged capacities can assure of our ability to supply our Amino Silanes to some big
end users or to the new markets. A separate production line is now available for the new
Amino Silanes which are available on Contract Manufacturing basis. We would like to
cooperate with those who can do the business with us on a long term basis and we will try to
offer them our best prices, our good services, and prompt deliveries.

ONICHEM is the leading supplier of various Silanes in China. We can offer you not only our
regular items but also those specially required by our customers. Some new items has been
developed already for them and some are supplying commercially.
