Capacities Being Enlarged

ONICHEM today announced that, we have started to enlarge our capacities of Amino Silanes,
which is scheduled to be finished in August 2006. This will certainly assure of our ability to
supply our Amino Silanes to some big end users or to the new markets. We would like to
cooperate with those who can do the business with us on a long term basis and we will try to
offer them our best prices, our good services, and prompt deliveries.
