Pre-registration to REACH
19 November 2008
ONICHEM declared today that we have successfully pre-registered our Silanes, Glyoxal 40%,
and Glutaraldehyde in 2 lots and gotten their pre-registration numbers already. We will advise
our customers the pre-registration numbers in following days. If you may ask for any details
on our pre-registration or our Only Representive's (OR), please contact us.

REACH is a new European Community Regulation on chemicals and their safe use
(EC1907/2006). It deals with the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of
Chemical substances. The new law entered into force on 1 June 2007. For details on
