ONICHEM Increases The Prices For All Of The Silanes

ONICHEM declares that the prices of all of our Silanes have been increased due to
1st, for the increased demands for crystalline Silicon, all the materials made from Silica
metal have been short in supplying so the prices are increased;
2nd, the prices of Methanol / Ethanol which are another kind of raw materials for our Silanes
are also increased too much;
3rd, the exchange of RMB vs USD is keeping revalued which also make our margin to be
down.
So we have to increase our prices in order to balance our costs and to keep our good
services to all of our customers.
We will still carry out all the pending orders we concluded, but we will have to revise our
prices for all the new orders according to the market prices.
