Price of MEG Increased Incredibly

ONICHEM declares today that we decided to stop quoting our price of Glyoxal 40% to any new
customers due to the dramatically increased price of MEG which is the key raw material for
our Glyoxal 40%. The price of MEG is up to USD1,400/mt which is the highest level in the
history ( in April 2004, it has ever reached to USD1,205/mt).
We can guess it would be down to the reasonable level or at least to be stable in early
October 2007 and then we can start to quote you Glyoxal 40%.
